The location was REALLY convenient. I reached the airport quickly. the room was a double room. It had recently been updated. i found the bed very comfortable after my long flight.

i was happy with the room facilities it had a hairdryer an iron and tea and coffee. i appreciated having access to the pool sauna steam room and jacuzzi for only £5. the bar food was good and the drinks were fairly priced it included draught beers and ciders.
i noticed the bathroom seemed slightly dated it could benefit from an update.

the hotel is set back from a busy road it is surrounded by trees. access to the a538 is easy and there is ample parking. walks along the bollin on national trust land are close by.

the staff were considerate and gave me a quiet room on the ground floor upon arrival. check-in was easy and the staff were polite and friendly i felt very welcome. i also found the employees to be pleasant and helpful.

surprisingly lovely stay

the location proved very convenient, especially since i needed quick access to nearby attractions. the room included a tea and coffee setup, a nice touch for early mornings. i enjoyed the leisure center, particularly the refreshing swim.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear conversations next door, this impacted my sleep quality a bit. i think addressing this would significantly improve the guest experience

i found the on-site dining area offered a buffet with various options. the food included fresh ingredients. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked, with both hot and cold items, such as cereals and eggs.

I found parking easy with plenty of spaces available. I was happy! Staff were friendly and helpful . The room included two bath towels even though I was alone, alongside plentiful tea and coffee. I especially loved that the mattress was super comfortable.
The key to my door didn't work properly, so I had to make a few trips back to reception to get it sorted. It was a little frustrating!!!

The gym has several cardio machines and weights available . I saw the pool was a good size for a workout or a leisurely swim. A shuttle service operates to the airport terminals, very convenient.
